Position: AI/ML Engineer Location: Bangalore or Coimbatore Experience Required: 2-4 years in AI/ML development Role Overview We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the development of AI-powered applications. The role involves building and deploying machine learning models, ensuring performance optimization, and integrating solutions into production environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and train AI/ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Implement generative AI solutions such as RAG, agentic AI systems, document extraction, custom model deployment, summarization, and text generation. Create APIs and microservices to integrate models with applications. Preprocess and clean data for high-quality model inputs. Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models to maintain performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI workflows. Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and integrate them into projects. Required Skills Solid foundation in ML algorithms and concepts. Proficiency in GenAI frameworks like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Hugging Face, and LangChain. Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. Familiarity with RAG frameworks, agentic AI solutions, and generative AI.
