GenAI Lead

Position: GenAI Lead Location: Airoli, Mumbai, HSR, Bangalkore Experience Required: 6+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in GenAI projects Role Overview We are seeking an innovative and strategic GenAI Lead to spearhead our generative AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the development and deployment of GenAI models, driving innovation while aligning solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of GenAI solutions, including RAG, agentic solutions, fine-tuning models, document extraction, custom model deployment, summarization, text-to-image, and text generation. Work with domain specific AI initiatives in Healthcare domain, like GenAI in medical coding, RCM etc Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and tailor GenAI solutions to meet business requirements. Track the technical initiatives mapped to the project, assign the right technical skills, deliver the project outcomes in an agile manner Architect and implement solutions using frameworks such as Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker. Oversee the development and deployment of advanced RAG techniques and agentic AI systems. Monitor and enhance the performance of deployed models. Drive research and experimentation with cutting-edge generative AI models. Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations. Ensure to optimize the GenAI solutions through prompt optimization, batch processing or other techniques Required Skills Proficiency in GenAI frameworks like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Hugging Face, and LangChain. Strong expertise in NLP and computer vision techniques. Ability to design Agentic AI Workflows & Autonomous Agents Experience in MLOps, Model Deployment & Optimization Strong problem-solving and research mindset Proven experience in integrating GenAI solutions into real-world applications. Leadership experience managing cross-functional AI/ML projects. Hands-on expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related AI libraries.
