About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead with strong expertise in building, deploying, and scaling Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background with proven experience in Python API development, React.js, and AWS cloud services. This role requires leadership in solution design and hands-on implementation, working closely with senior architects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions.
• Build and manage APIs using Python for integrating GenAI models.
• Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js.
• Architect and optimize AI workloads on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong leadership in solutioning.
• Proven hands-on expertise in Generative AI/LLM-based projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python (API development).
• Experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.).
• Experience in deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.

Interview Process:

• Single Technical Round with Senior Architect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
