GenAI Lead

As a GenAI Lead at our company, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions. You will be responsible for building and managing APIs using Python, developing front-end applications using React.js, and optimizing AI workloads on AWS cloud infrastructure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and staying updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions. - Build and manage APIs using Python for integrating GenAI models. - Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js. - Architect and optimize AI workloads on AWS cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks. - Mentor junior engineers and drive technical best practices. Required Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong leadership in solutioning. - Proven hands-on expertise in Generative AI/LLM-based projects. - Strong proficiency in Python (API development). - Experience with React.js for front-end development. - Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.). - Experience in deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills. The interview process will consist of a single technical round with a Senior Architect.
