Job Title: IT Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Experience - 8+ Years Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in managing upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in IT project management, possess excellent communication and stakeholder handling skills, and be capable of driving end-to-end project delivery in a time-bound environment. SAFe certification is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: Manage complete end-to-end delivery of upgrade projects, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met. Serve as Scrum Master , facilitating Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication across business and technical teams. Own and manage project planning , RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and ensure issue resolution. Oversee environment setup and handling for new business and technical requirements. Use tools like JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and team collaboration. Ensure all deliverables are achieved as part of a strictly time-bound project schedule. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project Management or as a Scrum Master. Strong experience in upgrade projects and managing project lifecycles. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks. Proficiency in JIRA , Confluence , and Agile project tracking tools. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience managing RAID elements and project risks. Experience in coordinating technical environments and requirement implementations. SAFe certification is mandatory.
