Scrum Master

As a Certified Scrum Master with over 6 years of experience, you are adept at leading and training teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and facilitating multiple sprints within an enterprise environment. Your expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies is demonstrated through your proven track record in this role. You are required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Scrum, with a preference for experience in the Web/eCommerce space. Exposure to various technologies and processing environments is a key advantage in this position. Additionally, experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Certified Scrum Master with a minimum of 3+ years experience in Scrum. - Experience in the Web/eCommerce space preferred. - Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum and proven experience as a Scrum Master. - Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments. - Effective ability to lead and train teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, and facilitation of multiple sprints within the enterprise environment. - Experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Certified Scrum Master. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum. - Experience in the Web/eCommerce space is preferred. - Proven knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with SAFe Agile is mandatory.
