Job Title: QA Engineer (Manual / E-Commerce)

Manual QA Engineer

Must Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    BE / B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science

    or equivalent.

  • 5+ years

    of manual testing experience, including

    3+ years in e-commerce or web application testing

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    STLC

    , test planning, test case writing, execution, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with

    defect tracking tools

    (JIRA, Bugzilla) and

    test management tools

    (TestRail, Zephyr).
  • Good knowledge of

    HTML, CSS, JavaScript

    , relational databases, and

    SQL

    for backend validation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases.
  • Experience working in

    Agile / Scrum

    environments.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of

    API testing

    (Postman, REST).
  • Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks (

    Selenium, Cypress

    , etc.).
  • Experience with

    performance, usability, cross-browser, or mobile testing

  • Understanding of

    e-commerce workflows
