GenAI Lead

Role Overview: As a GenAI Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions. Your expertise in Python API development, React.js, and AWS cloud services will be crucial in leading solution design and implementation. You will collaborate with senior architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and stay updated on the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI solutions. - Build and manage APIs using Python to integrate GenAI models. - Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js. - Architect and optimize AI workloads on AWS cloud infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay informed about the latest developments in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks. - Mentor junior engineers and promote technical best practices within the team. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of overall IT experience, with a focus on leadership in solutioning. - Hands-on expertise in Generative AI/LLM-based projects. - Proficiency in Python, particularly in API development. - Experience with React.js for front-end development. - Knowledge of AWS cloud services such as SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, and S3. - Experience in deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
