GenAI Lead

• We are seeking a highly experienced GenAI Lead with 7- 12 years of total experience, including strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI solution development, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and end-to-end AI project delivery.
• The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI -driven systems across multiple business domains, including automation, content generation, knowledge engineering, and intelligent agentic workflows.
• The role involves architecting LLM pipelines, evaluating open-source and commercial models, fine-tuning, embedding generation, vector databases, and building scalable production-grade AI solutions.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide AI engineers, drive POCs, ensure best practices, and provide technical leadership to deliver high-impact AI outcomes.
• This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a product-oriented mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into AI-powered capabilities.
