Check all the mechanical and electrical components, such as the engine, transmission, brake system, suspension, and lighting. Verify the functionality of various motorcycle features (e.g., electrical systems, battery, tires, and fuel system). Engine and Systems Check: Perform diagnostics and checks on the engine, gearbox, clutch, and exhaust systems. Ensure the engine is running smoothly, with no unusual sounds or issues. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all safety features such as brakes, indicators, and horns are functioning correctly. Confirm that all required documents, including the warranty papers and registration forms, are prepared and accurate. Quality Assurance: Perform test rides to check for smoothness and any possible performance issues. Document any issues and coordinate with the service team to resolve them. Documentation and Reporting: Record all details related to the inspection and any actions taken in the service database. Provide feedback to the management on quality or recurring issues during inspections.
