A service manager oversees a service department, manages customer relationships, and ensures that customer are satisfied .They also manage the staffs ,operations ,and finances of a service-oriented business.

2,develop and maintain service standards

3,Hire,train,and evaluate staff , and provide feedback to improve performance

4,maintain customer relationships and build customer loyalty

5,design and implement service strategies to improve service quality and efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
