* Manage and supervise service operations across all Triumph workshops
* Lead, train & monitor Service Advisors, Technicians & support staff* Handle customer escalations and ensure high service satisfaction* Maintain workshop productivity & process compliance* Coordinate with OEM for service standards & updates* Achieve service targets and ensure smooth branch functioning

* Requirements:*
Min. 57 years experience in 2-wheeler/4-wheeler service management Strong leadership & team-handling skills Ability to manage multi-location operations Excellent communication & customer-handling skills
