Job Summary:-

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our fast-growing E- commerce company. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions including attendance management, payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and grievance handling. The role requires a hands-on HR professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of compliance, labor laws, and HR systems.

Role Overview Lead people operations for our production unit, building and nurturing a high-performing team, driving engagement and development, and ensuring seamless HR processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

People Management & Development:

  • Mentor line managers on performance reviews, career planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Roll out regular training, on-boarding and up-skilling programs to boost employee engagement.

Production Recruitment:

  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs; manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and out-station production roles.
  • Oversee candidate sourcing, travel and accommodation logistics, and smooth induction.
  • Statutory Compliance & HR Operations:
  • Ensure full adherence to PF, ESI, TDS and labour laws; coordinate with Finance on payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain HRIS, attendance and leave systems; process confirmations, exits and settlements.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

  • Act as trusted advisor for employee concerns; conduct investigations and follow up with corrective actions.
  • Monitor absenteeism trends and implement retention and attendance-improvement initiatives.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, background-check vendors and accommodation providers.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Production heads to align on HR priorities and floor level realities.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills :-

  • 5+ years in HR within manufacturing or fast-paced operations, including frontline/production staffing.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and hands-on compliance management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills: coaching, stakeholder management, conflict resolution.
  • Data-driven and process-oriented, with proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho, GreytHR) and Excel.
  • Excellent communication in English; familiarity with regional languages a plus.

Salary: Maximum ₹4.5 LPA (Including benefits)
