HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our team in Kottakkal, Kerala. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, counseling, and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR software systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR management or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
