You have an exciting opportunity to join a Manufacturing industry in Kochi as a Welfare Officer. Here are the details of your responsibilities: - Act as the statutory welfare officer for the plant. - Manage HRMS, including adding new joiners in HRMS, monitoring daily attendance, preparing HRIS reports, and enrolling in NEEM and NAPS programs. - Coordinate on-boarding formalities, documentation of joining time, and induction training. - Coordinate interviews, liaise with educational institutions, attend job fairs, and campus recruitment drives to build a database of potential candidates. - Assist in Talent management initiatives such as Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Rewards & Recognition for employees as per the plan. - Prepare various returns to factories/labour office, maintain registers and records as per Statutory norms, and display statutory notices. - Help employees avail ESI benefits, arrange annual health checkups, and ensure the issuance of Employee ID cards and visiting cards. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in Social Sciences/LLB with specialization in Labour laws. - Post Graduation in HR (MBA/MSW/MHRM/MA-HR&IR) will be an advantage.
