As an HR Manager at our fast-growing Medical Equipment Manufacturing company in Kolkata, your role is crucial in supporting our expanding workforce. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining employee records using HRONE software, generating HR reports for business decisions, addressing employee relations issues, and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead recruitment process from workforce planning to onboarding - Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and service providers - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies - Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation using HRONE software - Generate HR reports, analytics, and insights for business decisions - Address employee relations issues and drive engagement initiatives - Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar HR Manager role - Experience using HRONE software - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism In addition to the above responsibilities, you will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and support a team of 65+ employees.
