Attending meetings with internal team members, dealers, consultants, vendors, bankers, etc., being present in meetings happening at the factory on behalf of/ along with the founders to minute the same and taking follow up with the same stakeholders. Systematically storing all business-related information/data for quick and efficient retrieval in the future. Managing contacts and relationships of industry and scientific bodies, government/semi-govt membership renewals, subscriptions, etc. Maintaining and updating a list of business contacts, including personal information such as birthdays, anniversaries, etc. which is helpful in critical relationship management with the staff and partners/dealers/vendors. Keeping track of the Management Calendar and Setting up meetings as per availability. Provide a supportive role in organizing teleconferences and travel arrangements. Performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time to support the Founders. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
