Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify target audiences and create marketing campaigns tailored to their needs.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs for campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic and performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Social Media
  • Creating and optimizing Google My Business for dealers.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers on content creation
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Design and send email campaigns using platforms like Zoho or Mailchimp
  • Provide actionable insights from data to improve marketing strategies.
  • Create detailed reports for stakeholders on campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to attract and convert leads through landing pages, forms, and calls to action.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation tools like Zapier, Pabbly.
  • Work closely with other teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Initiate communication with influencers professionally via email, direct messages, or influencer marketing platforms.
  • Allocate budgets for different campaigns effectively.
  • Respond to online queries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Address any negative publicity to protect the brand's reputation.
  • Maintain companies official Business WhatsApp handle
  • Create flows and chatbots for initiating the WhatsApp campaigns

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, SEO software (e.g., SEMrush), social media platforms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and content creation abilities.

  • Familiarity with coding languages like HTML or CSS (optional but beneficial).

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for website optimization.

  • Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE (Excel Sheet / PPT and Word).

  • Knowledge of the WhatsApp Business/Automation tools(Wati or any other tools) will be beneficial
