Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop, UPS/inverter, lead acid battery and DG Set (15 KVA to 50 KVA) sectors by calling through leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and distributors.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential customers.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • The candidate must have a B.Tech/Degree/MBA.
  • A minimum of 4 - 10 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in Automobile two wheeler sales Executive, sales team leader, sales in-charge or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Should have expertise in B2B and B2C sales, handling key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Must have communication and negotiation skills. • Should be able to explain technical solutions clearly, negotiate prices, and build long-term customer relationships.
