Key Responsibilities: Accounting Operations: Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in accordance with accounting standards. Conduct month-end and year-end closings. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure timely submission of reports to management and regulatory authorities. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and provide actionable insights. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate laws, and internal policies.
