The Front Office Executive cum Admin will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and administrative functions. This position requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication and multitasking skills to handle both clerical and front desk duties with ease.

· Taking care of the day-to-day admin activities of the organization
· Maintaining a proper checklist related to housekeeping activities to ensure the upkeep of the facility.
· Coordinating with vendors towards food and snacks for the associates and providing timely service
· Handling Reception Guest and Associate calls
· Managing and assisting in basic arrangements for client visits and Board Meetings.
· Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment records.
· Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documentation and facilitating orientation programs.
· Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing HR-related documents, maintaining personnel files, and updating HR databases.
· Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
· Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Work closely with the HR team to ensure clearance of TADA of Sales Department
· Assist in HR in Attendance and Payroll activity

§ Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
§ Presentable and good in appearance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
