Job Summary:
The Team Leader – Telecalling will be responsible for supervising a team of telecallers, ensuring daily targets are met, maintaining call quality, and driving overall team performance. The role requires a proactive leader who can motivate, monitor, and manage the team while maintaining strong customer communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 5 telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Monitor call quality, adherence to scripts, and customer interaction standards.
  • Train, mentor, and provide regular feedback to telecallers for continuous improvement.
  • Allocate call data/leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share daily reports on team performance and call outcomes.
  • Handle escalated customer queries or complaints effectively.
  • Coordinate with the sales/support team for closures and lead status updates.
  • Conduct team meetings to communicate updates, targets, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
