Junior Account Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and financial management, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and budgeting.

• Handle accounting for Sales, Purchases, Bank Statements, and other entries for various businesses.
• File GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other tax returns accurately and on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their requirements and ensuring smooth coordination.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and submit tax documents and returns as require

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, PF, PT filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Proven experience in accounting and tax compliance
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferably in the any industry, Automobile industry would be great.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
