Job Title: HR Manager Location: Malad West Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director Job Summary:The HR Manager will lead and manage all core HR functions, ensuring effective implementation of human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and workforce planning requirements. Drive HR initiatives related to organizational development, culture enhancement, and succession planning. 2. Employee Relations & EngagementAct as the primary contact for all employee-related matters and grievance redressal. Promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. Ensure consistent application of company policies, maintaining transparency and fairness. 3. Talent Acquisition & OnboardingOversee end-to-end recruitment for all levels to ensure timely and quality hiring. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop hiring plans. Ensure effective onboarding and induction programs for new employees. 4. Performance Management & DevelopmentManage the performance appraisal process and support line managers in setting and reviewing goals. Identify training needs and facilitate learning & development programs for employees. Drive talent development and career growth initiatives across departments. 5. HR Policy, Compliance & AdministrationEnsure adherence to statutory compliance and company-specific HR policies. Review and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and organizational needs. Support internal and external HR audits and maintain accurate employee records. 6. HR Analytics & ReportingPrepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations for management. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements. Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7–12 years of experience in HR, including at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity. Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and employee relations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
