Job Summary:

HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

·        Manage the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

·        Oversee employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.

·        Design and execute training & development programs.

·        Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, and HRIS systems.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

·        Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

·        Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design and talent strategy.

·        Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources.

·        Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (minimum 5 years preferred).

·        Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
