Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in New Delhi. Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and providing comprehensive Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally
• Familiarity with camera and mobile accessories is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
