Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting leadership on workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
• Design and execute training & development programs.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, and HRIS systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design and talent strategy.
• Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
