HR Manager

We are looking for a HR Manager our client Urban King hotel, based at Rewari Haryana.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic HR

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning and development
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Implement effective talent development and succession planning

Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
• Promote a healthy work environment and resolve conflicts
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies

Performance & Training

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
• Support leadership development initiatives

Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
• Conduct salary benchmarking and manage increments/bonus cycles
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
• Manage audits and statutory filings (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., if applicable)

HR Operations

• Maintain HR MIS, reports, and analytics
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Manage HR systems and tools

Hotel industry, FMCG experience in preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
