Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage our HR functions with a strong focus on both Indian HR operations and a foundational understanding of US HR practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and prior exposure to HR tools such as Zoho being a plus.
Experience: 5 to 8 years.
Work Mode: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
- Manage HR data, reports, and analytics with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and support any processes requiring alignment with US HR practices.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a healthy work environment.
- Support performance management cycles and HR policy implementation.
- Maintain and manage HRIS systems; prior experience with Zoho People is an added advantage.
- Contribute to process improvement, policy updates, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership to align HR goals with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in mid-size or multinational organizations.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
- Familiarity with Zoho HR is a plus.
- Experience in Indian HR processes is a must; exposure to US HR practices is highly desirable.
