We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources and administrative operations for our India office, while also providing remote support for employees in our global offices . This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance with Indian labor laws, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in multiple countries. Position: Credit Analyst Department: Credit Ratings Role Overview: The Rating Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the creditworthiness of various entities, including corporations and financial institutions. This role involves assessing financial statements, market trends, and economic factors to determine the risk of default and assigning appropriate credit ratings. The Rating Analyst will work closely with senior analysts and rating committees to ensure accurate and timely rating assessments. Key Responsibilities: Credit Analysis: Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health of entities. Evaluate industry trends, economic conditions, and other external factors that could impact credit risk. Assess the management quality, business strategies, and market position of entities. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on specific industries, sectors, and economies to support rating assessments. Stay updated on regulatory changes, financial market developments, and macroeconomic trends that may impact credit ratings. Rating Assignment: Prepare detailed credit rating reports, including justifications for the assigned ratings. Present rating findings to rating committees, defend analytical conclusions, and address queries from committee members. Monitor and update credit ratings as new information becomes available or as market conditions change. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all rating activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Maintain accurate records of all analyses, reports, and communications related to credit ratings. Qualifications & skills Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications / Master’s are a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other analytical tools. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
