We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead with 4 to 5 years of experience in both web and mobile application testing , with a strong focus on automation . As a key member of our Agile development team, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality across multiple platforms by designing and executing efficient manual and automated test strategies. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software with speed and reliability. Key Responsibilities : • Design, write, and maintain automated and manual test cases for web and mobile applications based on product requirements, user stories, and technical documentation. • Develop robust automation frameworks for web (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and mobile (e.g., Appium) platforms. • Execute various test types: functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, smoke , and UI/UX testing across devices and browsers. • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar. • Set up and manage test scripts within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions). • Lead mobile testing efforts on Android and iOS platforms, including real devices and simulators/emulators. • Perform performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter, Loadero, or similar tools . • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to refine requirements and deliver test feedback early and continuously. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Share best practices and mentor junior QA team members on automation techniques and frameworks. • Continuously evaluate and improve test processes, tools, and strategies to ensure efficient and scalable QA. Qualifications : • 4 to 5 years of experience in QA, with proven expertise in both web and mobile application testing . • Programming/scripting skills in Java/ JavaScript/ Python , or similar. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines . • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies , including Scrum. • Experience in using test management tools like TestLink, TestRail, Zephyr etc Nice to Have: • Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as: o Web : Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress o Mobile : Appium, Espresso, XCUITest • Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs. • Experience with security, accessibility, or localization testing . • Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Oracle, AWS etc) for test environments.
