Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to refine requirements and deliver test feedback early and continuously.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Share best practices and mentor junior QA team members on automation techniques and frameworks.

• Continuously evaluate and improve test processes, tools, and strategies to ensure efficient and scalable QA.

Qualifications

4 to 5 years of experience

Java/ JavaScript/ Python

CI/CD pipelines

Agile methodologies

test management tools

Nice to Have:

test automation tools

Web

Mobile

cross-browser testing tools

security, accessibility, or localization testing

• Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Oracle, AWS etc) for test environments.
