Job Description

The Role: HR Manager We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager who will own office HR operations and talent acquisition end-to-end. This role is critical in building a strong core office team across finance, accounts, admin, tech, and operations support. Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition (Critical) ·       Own end-to-end hiring for office-based roles (Finance, Accounts, HR, Admin, Tech, Ops Support). ·       Actively source talent via LinkedIn, founder networks, agencies, referrals, and direct outreach. ·       Screen candidates for role-fit, execution mindset, and cultural alignment. ·       Coordinate interviews with founders and functional heads. ·       Drive offer closure, negotiations, and joining commitments. ·       Build and maintain an active talent pipeline, not just reactive hiring. ·       Reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality of hires. 2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle ·       Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmations, role transitions, and exits. ·       Maintain accurate employee records and contracts. ·       Ensure smooth joining and exit experiences.   3. Attendance, Leave & Workforce Tracking ·       Track attendance, leave, work hours, and holidays for office staff. ·       Maintain accurate leave balances and compliance with internal policies. ·       Share periodic workforce and attendance MIS with leadership. 4. Performance & Payroll Coordination ·       Assist leadership in tracking KRAs and performance of office teams. ·       Maintain appraisal and review records. ·       Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with finance/accounts teams. ·       Support HR compliance (PF, ESIC, statutory documentation) through consultants. 5. Culture, Engagement & Office Environment ·       Act as the primary HR point of contact for office employees. ·       Foster a high-performance, respectful, and accountable office culture. ·       Handle first-level employee concerns and escalate when needed. 6. HR MIS & Reporting ·       Prepare monthly HR MIS covering: ·       Hiring funnel & open positions ·       Headcount & attrition ·       Attendance & leaves ·       Performance review cycles Requirements - ·       3–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition. ·       Proven ability to source and close candidates independently. ·       Experience hiring for finance, ops, admin, or tech roles. ·       Startup mindset: hands-on, fast-moving, no dependency culture. ·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills. ·       Strong Excel/Google Sheets & HR systems proficiency Note: If you believe you are the right fit for this role, please share a detailed overview of your background and experience at hr@bullagritech.in
