As a member of GiGa-Ops Global Solutions, you play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top IT talent through various channels. Your responsibilities include conducting initial phone screenings, managing the full recruitment process, and working closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs. You develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information effectively and stay updated on industry trends in recruiting. Your participation in job fairs and networking events helps promote the company brand and support diversity hiring initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract top IT talent through various channels - Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates - Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance - Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams - Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process - Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information effectively - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting - Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company brand - Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback - Create job descriptions and ensure they are attractive and informative - Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote an inclusive culture - Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role - Strong understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices - Experience with social media recruitment strategies - Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment technologies - Experience in negotiating job offers and managing expectations - A positive attitude and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges,
