HR IT RECRUITER

We are looking for experienced IT recruiters to join our team and enhance their careers in the IT staffing industry. As an HR IT Recruiter based in Baner, Pune, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles with a minimum of 1+ year experience in IT recruitment, especially in client hiring. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process for client hiring, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews and follow-ups with clients, and negotiating salary packages while ensuring timely closures. This is a full-time onsite role from Monday to Friday with work timings from 10 AM to 7 PM. The compensation package ranges from 2.50 LPA to 5.0 LPA based on your experience, along with attractive incentives, a 3 LPA Mediclaim, and PF benefits. The interview process will be conducted face-to-face, and immediate joiners are preferred.
