Role Overview: As an HR IT Recruiter at our Baner, Pune office, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles. Your responsibilities will include handling the end-to-end recruitment process for client hiring, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews and follow-ups with clients, and negotiating salary to close positions within the given timeline.
