Role Responsibilities Analyze and understand client requirements related to SAP ISU billing processes. Should have around 6+ years of working experience in SAP ISU as a Techno-functional / functional expert, experience in S/4 Hana for utilities is preferred Expertise in ISU development in areas like Billing, device management or FICA Experience of working as Techno- functional lead in at-least 1 end to end SAP for utilities implementations Should have worked in at-least one S/4 HANA implementation as a consultant in customer facing role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well versed Architecture and solution nuances of S/4 HANA with good knowledge on SAP’s road mapImplement SAP ISU billing solutions per industry best practices.Design billing functional specifications for various business scenarios.Perform data migration activities to ensure seamless transition to SAP ISU.Develop comprehensive test plans and perform unit testing of billing functionalities.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with stakeholders.Provide training and support to end-users for SAP ISU billing module.Document functional specifications, configurations, and business processes.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective integration with other SAP modules.Contribute to project management activities including scheduling and resource allocation.Identify and troubleshoot billing related issues promptly.Stay updated with SAP ISU enhancements and industry trends.Maintain knowledge repository for best practices and lessons learned.Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on billing projects.Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 7-15 years of experience as an SAP ISU Billing Consultant.Strong understanding of SAP ISU functionality and billing processes.Proven experience with customer invoicing and billing operations.Experience in data migration projects with SAP ISU.Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.Proficient in writing technical documentation and functional specs.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management methodologies.Familiarity with testing methodologies and practices.Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory standards.Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Exposure to SAP integration with other enterprise systems is a plus.
