About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional with strong experience in configuring and/or performing business analysis on large-scale Pricing, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CPQ, or ERP implementations. This role demands a highly customer-focused individual who can act as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional service while building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements for CRM, CPQ, or ERP implementations. Configure and/or guide the configuration of large-scale enterprise solutions. Perform detailed business analysis to translate customer requirements into functional specifications. Provide expertise and best practices for CRM, CPQ, Pricing, and ERP processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support integration activities involving web services (REST, SOAP) and manage data interchange formats such as XML and JSON. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service, communication, and follow-up. Required Skills And Experience Proven experience configuring or analyzing business needs for large-scale Pricing, CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CPQ, or ERP implementations. Strong customer focus with excellent teamwork, integrity, and relationship-building abilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in at least one of the following technical areas:SQL/PL-SQL/T-SQL and relational database management (Oracle, SQL Server) Web development (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) Programming languages (Java, C++/C#, Python, etc.) Web services and interfaces (REST, SOAP); working knowledge of XML and JSON Scripting languages and algorithm development Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Salesforce, MS Dynamics, CPQ tools, or ERP systems. Prior experience working in agile project delivery environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
