Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and job boards. Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit. Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information. Develop job descriptions and job postings that attract the right talent. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate salary and job offers to close candidates. Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Collaborate with HR to improve recruitment processes continually. Work on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to represent GiGa-Ops. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an IT recruiter. Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using recruitment software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in developing job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices. Familiarity with social media recruiting. Strong negotiation skills for employment offers. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
