Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to reduce turnover rates.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is desirable.
