Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding

· Complete the recruitment for open positions as per MRF criteria and timelines

· Create JD for each position.

· Create a database/pipeline of probable candidates for future hiring.

· Explore cost effective and efficient channels for recruitment.

· Streamline the on-boarding process with timely and accurate documentation & provisions.

· Develop the new joinee induction plan effectively; ensure its implementation and documentation.

HR Operations

· Manage day to day HR operations of the organisation.

· Ensure personnel files are maintained and updated in timely and accurate manner.

· Be the single point of contact for all HR related matters.

· Manage the execution of all HR policies.

Employee Engagement

· Work towards creating formal and Informal avenues for employee engagement throughout the year

· Manage the Grievance Redressal system in line with company policies and upto employee satisfaction, as appropriate.

Training Process

· Manage the training schedules and documentation for records and audit purpose

Performance Management

· Document the KPI for every employee and ensure it is uploaded in SPINE PMS. Keep records of the KPI reviews and plans.

Exit Management

· Follow the defined Employee Exit SOP.

· Ensure employee relieving happens with timely and appropriate handover, and with defined exit formalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
