Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Preparing offer letters and managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company. Employee Relations: Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing them in a timely and professional manner. Assisting in the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. Supporting the resolution of employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent practices. Performance Management: Assisting in the implementation and administration of the performance management system. Providing support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Training and Development: Identifying training and development needs within the organization. Assisting in the coordination and delivery of training programs. Maintaining training records and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. HR Administration and Compliance: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital. Managing employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related documentation. Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in Kerala. Assisting with payroll processing and benefits administration. Preparing HR reports and analytics as required. Employee Engagement: Participating in initiatives to foster a positive and engaged work environment. Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events. Gathering employee feedback and contributing to the development of strategies to improve employee morale and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Any , MBA in HR, etc. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and Indian labor laws. Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership, team management, and goal setting skills. Experience of working under pressure and has a proven result record.
