HR EXECUTIVE

Recruitment & Staffing

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with departments for manpower requirements
• Managing onboarding and orientation of new hires

2. Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintaining and updating employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves, etc.)
• Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents

3. Payroll & Compensation

• Collecting and verifying attendance data for payroll processing
• Coordinating with finance or payroll vendors
• Ensuring statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS are accurately handled

4. Employee Engagement

• Organizing employee welfare activities, events, and celebrations
• Conducting surveys to measure employee satisfaction
• Handling grievance redressal and maintaining a positive work environment

5. Training & Development

• Identifying training needs in coordination with department heads
• Scheduling and coordinating training sessions and workshops
• Maintaining training records and feedback

6. Compliance & Legal

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Managing audits related to HR functions (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Keeping up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations

7. Performance Management

• Assisting in performance appraisal cycles
• Collecting and analyzing performance data
• Helping managers set KPIs and performance goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
