Job Description

Identify and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend suitable properties. Market residential or commercial properties for sale. Conduct property viewings and explain property features, pricing, and location benefits. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals. Stay updated on market trends, prices, and competitor activities. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Prepare and review sales agreements and legal documentation. Ensure compliance with all property laws and regulations. Coordinate with legal teams, financial institutions, and government offices as required. Create marketing materials (online listings, brochures, social media content). Organize open houses and property expos. Collaborate with marketing teams for advertising campaigns. Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems. Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Assist clients with post-sale procedures (registration, handover, payments). Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
