Job Description

As an experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in apartment sales, your role will involve generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property visits, and closing deals. Your strong sales skills, market knowledge, and dedication to delivering excellent customer service will be key to your success. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. - Assist clients in selling apartments. - Conduct property tours, explain features, and address client queries. - Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. - Maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and customers. - Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and new projects. - Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions. - Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term trust. Experience in apartment selling for at least 3 years is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
