Job Title: Field Executive Company: ABM Landmarks Location: Somatane, Pune Type: Full-time / On-field About Us ABM Landmarks is a growing real estate brand specialising in NA plot and farmhouse land projects across Pune and nearby regions. With multiple successful projects and ongoing customer engagement, we’re expanding our on-ground team to ensure a smooth experience for every site visitor. Job Role and Responsibilities As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for on-site coordination, customer visits, and project-related fieldwork. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and coordinating customer visits to various site locations across Pune Ensuring project sites are ready for customer viewings (cleanliness, direction boards, basic setup) Explaining site features, location advantages, and basic plot details to visiting customers Supporting documentation work, token collection, and on-site query resolution Handling any logistics or communication required on behalf of the sales team Collecting feedback from customers and relaying it to the internal team Performing other on-ground tasks related to real estate projects (vendor coordination, site material handling, etc.) Requirements Must have a two-wheeler or four-wheeler and a valid driving license (must know how to drive at least a two-wheeler) Should be comfortable traveling between different project sites in and around Pune Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English Previous experience in real estate, fieldwork, or site coordination preferred Must be punctual, responsible, and presentable What You Get Opportunity to work with a fast-growing real estate brand Daily field exposure and customer interaction experience Fixed monthly salary + fuel allowance + incentives based on site visit performance To Apply: Send your resume to connect@abmlandmarks.com or WhatsApp on +91 7498700069 Location: Somatane, near Old Mumbai–Pune Highway
