HR EXECUTIVE

As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and attracting top technical talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. - Conducting initial screenings to assess candidates" technical skills and cultural fit. - Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. - Maintaining and updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Providing timely feedback to candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
