About The Opportunity

A fast-growing technology-enabled communications and customer-experience solutions company operating in the SaaS / cloud contact-center sector is hiring an on-site HR professional to join its India operations. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance—delivering excellent HR service for a high-velocity, performance-driven environment.Role: Human Resources Executive (HR Executive)Location: India | Workplace: On-siteRole & Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding for operational and corporate roles using ATS and job portals.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle activities—joining formalities, induction, probation tracking, confirmations, transfers, separations and exit interviews.
  • Administer payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate salary processing, reimbursements and statutory remittances.
  • Ensure local statutory compliance (EPF/ESIC/Professional Tax/TDS) and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
  • Operate and maintain HRIS: update records, run reports, maintain attendance and leave systems, and support monthly HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Run employee engagement initiatives, provide first‑line employee relations support, and escalate policy or disciplinary matters to senior HR.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience in India (recruitment, payroll coordination, HR operations).
  • Practical experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and maintaining confidential employee records.
  • Working knowledge of payroll processing and associated statutory remittances.
  • Clear understanding of Indian labour statutes (EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and major job portals for sourcing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to prepare routine HR reports and dashboards.

Preferred

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM/PHR) or diploma in HR management.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, contact centre or BPO environments.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools or basic BI reporting (Power BI/Tableau).
