Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing freelancers as per the requests coming from Customer Service Executives/ Case Managers after confirming the availability of bench staff. Additionally, you will be recruiting field staff such as Registered Nurses, Clinical Technicians, and Assistant Nurses based on the organizational requirements. It will be your duty to maintain office decorum and conduct orientation sessions for both field and administrative staff. You will also coordinate technical interviews for all staff members and manage the attendance records of administrative staff, updating the accounts team monthly for salary processing.
