Job description

The ideal candidate will be involved with Implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll

processing systems and to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions

including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely

processing of payroll updates including new employee, and changes to pay rates.

Responsibilities

 Payroll processing

 Employee Statutory payments (ESI / PF / PT)

 Reimbursements Processing & Payments

 Processing payroll

 Daily time and attendance and Biometric

 Setting up and maintaining the personnel files and employment binders

 Benefits and worker’s compensation administration while ensuring compliance in

federal and state employment laws

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

 Good Communication

 Sound knowledge of payroll and statutory compliances

 Sound knowledge of working in MS-Office

 Flexible thinking and ability to adapt to change

 Ability to work under pressure

 The ability to work effectively on his own and as part of a team

Experience: 3 Yrs (Mandatory)

Salary: 25k-30k

Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
